FRONT DESK

 We offer more than beautiful teeth; we offer reasons to smile. For this reason, we are looking for the best Front Desk team. Our Operation Specialists and Front Desk teams are the first contacts with our patients, and they have the responsibility of the office’s flow.  We want people with excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills and detail oriented, that were committed with the best service.

 

Key responsabilities:

  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and calling patients for appointment reminders. Verify Insurances.
  • Greeting patients, handing patients paperwork to fill out, including insurance information; and collecting payment at the time of the service. Organize referrals and preauthorization.
  •  Pulling files and dental records for the appointment, filling paperwork from the most recent appointment and filling patient charts.
  • Prepare claims for dental insurances, billing patients and collecting outstanding debts.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is required.

HYGIENIST

We are looking for the best Dental Hygienist.  Our Hygienists work with our dentists as a team, looking for a treat and on improving our patient’s periodontal health. The hygienist offers the highest quality of care to help our patients to have the best reasons to smile.

 We offer full and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules. Daytime, evening and weekend schedules are available. As a Dental Hygienist, you will clean teeth and examine patient oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease. You will also record and review patient medical histories.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prepare dental equipment and instruments.
  • You will take trays to your patients
  • Experience using electronic Dental records
  • Communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Education:

  • Valid Dental Hygienist license in Florida.
  • CPR Certification

Currently, we are looking for a General Dentist and Specialist.  Our practice provides care to the entire family. You can focus on practicing high-quality dentistry and directing the clinical staff. Assume quality of care for patients with wide spectrums of oral problems while adhering to the highest standards of a dental practice, ethics, and professionalism. Your patients are your own from diagnosis to treatment completion. You maintain clinical autonomy. You are not placed into an office where a lead dentist diagnoses and delegates.

You will have all the resources and support necessary to provide specialty care from the specialty equipment to a talented front desk and dental assistants that assist with treatment and takes care of patient appointments and paperwork.

Minimum Education and Experience:

EXPANDED FUNCTION DENTAL ASSISTANT - EFDA - DENTAL ASSITANT

As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentists and their support team with patient care and treatment during their scheduled appointments.

In this position you will:

Set up examination trays with required dental instruments for scheduled procedures.

  • Assist dentist with related chair side treatment procedures.
  • Complete proper sterilization, biohazard and infection control procedures by following protocols.
  • Prepare patient records and take radiographs following doctor instructions.
  • Maintain dental equipment.
  • Manage patient flow.
  • Assist front desk with Insurance verification and present treatment plans to patients.
  • Order and stock supplies and track inventory to maintain an appropriate supply inventory.

Requirements:

Familiarity with dental terminology, dental instruments, proper tray set up, dental records, documentation and office procedures.

Team players with the ability to multitask who have strong communication, computer and customer service skills desired.

Minimum of 2 years» experience. BILINGUAL IS A MUST (Spanish).
